Thank you for purchasing our 3D-printed helicopter fuselage The COB-H1 Military RC Helicopter Fuselage For FlyWing Bell 206, Huey UH1 and other compatible RC Helicopter power combos and frames. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Product Description
- The fuselage is a 3D-printed product, offered in a single color. Customers may choose their preferred color, but final color availability depends on stock. If the requested color is unavailable, we will print in an alternative color unless the customer chooses to wait for the material to arrive.
- The product is provided with supports removed. We do not sand, smooth, or polish the parts. Parts will be inspected to ensure they are printed in good condition before shipping. Reference photos of the parts and packaging will be taken and provided to customers upon request.
- This purchase includes only the 3D-printed fuselage parts. Pictures of a complete helicopter or a flying helicopter shown on our website or promotional materials are for reference only. No electronics, frames, helicopter parts, screws, adhesives, batteries, radios, or other accessories shown in these reference images are included in this purchase. Customers will receive only the 3D-printed parts of the fuselage.
Assembly Requirements
- Customers must assemble the fuselage using their preferred adhesive (e.g., CA glue or AB epoxy).

No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
- Customers are unable to assemble the fuselage or install their chosen power combos.
- Customers are unable to prepare, configure, or fly their fully assembled RC helicopter.
- Customers are dissatisfied with the product, packaging, or the selected or provided color.
- Damage occurs during shipping. We carefully pack all parts with protective bubble wrap to ensure they remain intact. Customers must contact the shipping carrier to resolve claims related to shipping damage.
Damage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents that occur during:
- The assembly or build process of the fuselage.
- The installation or setup of power combos.
- The flying or operation of the completed RC helicopter.
- Customers assume full responsibility for safety precautions during all phases of assembly, configuration, and operation.
Heat and Climate Effects
3D-printed parts may warp due to exposure to heat in transit or in specific climates. We are not liable for such occurrences, and customers are advised to handle the parts accordingly.
Proof of Delivery and Issues
- Customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video upon receiving the package. This video will serve as proof in case of any claims or issues.
- If there are problems with the received product, we will do our bestto assist customers in resolving the issue. Please contact us promptly with supporting evidence (e.g., unboxing video, photos).
Additional Points
- Chargebacks: Chargebacks will be disputed with evidence, including photos of the packed product, tracking details, and communication records.
- Customs and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country. We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by customs.
- Shipping Address: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
- Non-Liability for Misuse: We are not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use of the fuselage beyond its intended purpose.
- Warranty Disclaimer: This product is sold ‘as-is,’ with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Refund Process Exceptions: Refunds or replacements may be considered at our discretion for verified manufacturing defects or errors, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery, with sufficient proof (e.g., unboxing video and clear videos of defect in parts).
- Time Limit for Issues: All issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the package. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
- Digital Content Use Policy: Videos and tutorials provided are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
- Environmental Factors Disclaimer: Customers are advised to store 3D-printed parts in a cool, dry place to prevent warping or damage caused by environmental factors.
- Shipping Insurance Option: Offer customers the option to purchase shipping insurance.
- Shipping insurance is available upon request at an additional cost. We strongly recommend this for added protection during transit.
