Printing Instructions:
- Ready to print? Good, because your Cobra heli is about to get an upgrade of epic proportions!
- Any FDM printer with a 0.2mm layer profile can handle this (but if you’re feeling fancy, go for 0.16mm for those ‘wow, did I just print a masterpiece?’ vibes).
- Bed size 220x220x220mm—no need for body splitting, unless you want to get creative (but no one’s stopping you).
- Print it however you want, but don’t forget to flip the instrument panel on its back so you don’t end up with a ‘button disaster.’ Trust me, it’s the only way to make those switches look so crisp, you’ll want to take a selfie with them.”
Installation Instructions:
- Grab yourself an EMAX ES08MA or something similar for the pan servo.
- Got a bigger one? Perfect! Just make the space bigger—go wild, it’s your helicopter, not your grandma’s knitting project. feel free to carve out a whole new world inside your heli
- Slide the base plate into the hatch, glue it down like you’re gluing your soul to your heli (we’re serious about this), and maybe file the space a bit if it’s tight—give it some loving care. it’s like a spa day for your helicopter
- Glue in the instrument panel, and now you’re ready for the camera.
- Connect the servo to Channel 6 of your receiver, tweak the radio settings like a mad scientist, and get ready to dominate the FPV skies.
- Now slap that FPV Hatch onto your heli, and watch your friends wonder if they need to get their own heli. Hint: They do.
