Kit Variants and Important Notes

We currently offer three versions of the Lamantis X480 Helicopter Kit. Please read the following descriptions carefully before placing your order:

Printed Kit (Unassembled – Raw Parts)

• All parts are printed in a single color, based on our current filament stock availability.
• Customers can paint the parts themselves after receiving the kit, either before or after assembly.
• If you prefer certain parts in specific colors, you can contact us via the AliShanMao Genie (easy contact form or email) with details.
• If your requested colors are in stock, we will print them accordingly.
• Note: Multi-color part orders are treated as custom prints and will have an additional cost.

Assembled Kit (Partially Built)

• Professionally built by AliShanMao with passion and precision.
• Features a fully assembled cockpit with functional scale details like folding seats and opening doors.
• No clear PET windshields are included at this stage. Customers can add their own using transparent PET sheets.
• We are working on a solution to provide PET sheets in both kit and assembled versions. Updates will follow.
• The main body and midsection are pre-assembled for plug-and-play installation of your FlyWing GPS mechanics.
• The tail section is included separately (screw/glue assembly) to allow safe and compact shipping.
• Fully assembled models would require large packaging and drastically increase shipping costs — which we want to avoid for our customers.

Assembled & Painted Kit (Showcase Edition)

• Everything included in the Assembled Kit,
• Professionally airbrushed in three-tone color scheme for a realistic, scaled finish.
• You may contact us via the AliShanMao Genie to request specific paint colors (subject to paint stock availability).
• Please note, this is a hand-painted, limited production version and may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Packaging Notice

• To ensure safe delivery of your Lamantis X490 models, all kits are securely packaged using custom padding and protective materials. Due to the model’s size and delicate scale components, shipping and packaging costs are calculated separately after the order is ready to ship. We will get in touch with customers in time and quote packaging and shipping costs separately once order is ready.
• We always aim to minimize shipping costs while guaranteeing that your model arrives in perfect condition.
