- Intellectual Property All digital products are the intellectual property of the seller and are protected by copyright laws. By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Nature of Digital Products Our digital products consist of 3D design files, downloadable content, and related assets. These are non-physical products delivered in digital formats. Each product is thoroughly tested, verified, and provided with all necessary files and variations as specified in the product description.
- No Shipping As digital products are delivered electronically, no physical shipping is involved. Upon successful payment, a download link will be provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct to receive the download link.
- Personal Use License Only All digital products are for personal use only. No commercial license is granted. You are not permitted to sell, copy, modify, or distribute these designs or products to others, either free of cost or for a fee. Any such unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law.
- No Refunds or Returns Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the download process is initiated, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Limited Liability We ensure that all digital products are tested and functional as described. However, we are not liable for:
- Incompatibility with your software, hardware, or 3D printer settings.
- Issues caused by alterations or modifications to the files by the user.
- The user’s inability to print or use the files properly.
- The user’s inability to assemble products printed using their own printers.
- The user’s lack of knowledge or skills required to use the digital product to its fullest.
- Download and Access You are responsible for downloading and securely storing the purchased files after receiving the download link. We are not obligated to provide additional download links in case of lost files after the initial delivery.
- Prohibited Actions You are expressly prohibited from:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the digital products.
- Using the designs to create derivative works for commercial purposes.
- Sharing, uploading, or distributing the files via any platform or medium. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action.
- Disputes and Claims By purchasing, you waive the right to initiate any claims or disputes regarding the quality, functionality, or compatibility of the product once the download is initiated. All products are sold “as is” with no guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in the product description.
- Warranty Disclaimer All products are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with specific systems.
- Technical Requirements It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate software, hardware, and skills to utilize the digital products. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or systems.
- Data Privacy We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the purchase process will be used solely for transaction processing and delivery. We will not share or sell your data to third parties.

Terms and Conditions for Physical 3D Printed Products
Thank you for purchasing our 3d printed parts and products. These Terms and Conditions outline the policies and expectations regarding the purchase, production, and shipment of our physical 3D printed products. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
- Product Production and Quality Assurance
- All products are custom-made, printed at high quality, and undergo post-processing to ensure optimal finish.
- Every product is meticulously checked multiple times to ensure all components are complete, accurate, and free from defects before being packed for shipment.
- Products are packaged securely to minimize potential risks during transit.
- The color of the parts is as per the customer’s choice selected at the time of ordering.
- Unless specifically requested and paid for, all products are 3D printed using PLA plastic. Requests for alternative materials and custom colors must be made at the time of ordering and will incur additional costs.
- No hardware, such as screws, nuts, bolts, or glue, or any other such items to assemble these products is included. Customers must arrange these items independently. We can provide recommendations and links to purchase such items.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must have the necessary skills, patience, and knowledge to assemble and install the parts on their corresponding helicopters for which they are designed.
- Assembly instructions are not included unless specified, as the assumption is that the customer is proficient in such tasks.
- For assembly guidance, detailed how-to videos and tutorials can normally be found on our YouTube channel, which customers are encouraged to watch. Or they can always feel free to get in touch with us to get guidance.
- Customers must inspect the product immediately upon receipt and report any missing or incorrect components within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve issues with mutual understanding.
- Even after proper assembly, some DIY modifications or adjustments might be required based on individual needs to fit these products on corresponding models and or to finish them properly for us. These modifications are the customer’s responsibility, as we cannot predict the specific adjustments required for each use case.
- If a customer is unable to perform the necessary modifications or DIY changes, we offer redesign and modification services. These services are available at an additional cost and include design fees, part costs, and shipment charges, for which an invoice will be provided.
- No Returns, Refunds, or Replacements
- We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide replacements under the following circumstances:
- The customer lacks the skills, knowledge, or tools required for assembly or installation.
- Parts are damaged or broken due to improper handling, misuse, or incorrect assembly.
- The finished assembly does not meet the customer’s personal expectations.
- The customer dislikes the parts or the assembled product after completing assembly.
- The customer is unable to paint the parts or is dissatisfied with the chosen color.
- Shipping delays caused by the courier service or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Damage occurring during shipping.
- Customs duties, taxes, or issues with the package being held or delayed by the customer’s local customs authority.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been booked on the DHL system.
- The customer fails to report any missing or incorrect components within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Shipping Policies
- All products are shipped via DHL Express or equivalent courier service.
- Once the package has left our premises, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused during transit.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or related charges incurred upon the package’s arrival in their country.
- Shipping fees are always non-refundable once the package has been booked in the DHL system.
- Other Policies
- If there is an issue with the order and both parties agree that customer should return the product, customer must make sure all components of products are in same condition as received, pack them properly so they do not get damaged and arrange DHL shipment back to us. Customer must pay for all the charges for the return shipments, and for any other duties and taxes for such shipment.
- We will only offer either full or partial refunds of product costs only (No shipping costs are refundable) after we inspect and conclude that returned products are in good condition, undamaged, all parts are present. Any missing or damaged parts, and or damaged shipment will result in no refunds and or partial refunds only.
- In any case we do our best to communicate with customer and mutually agree on best outcomes and results for resolving the issues customers have.

- Free general assistance via email or messaging for troubleshooting and guidance.

Terms and Conditions for Custom Build Services of CreaTec Solutions FZ LLC
- Acceptance of Terms By commissioning a custom build from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not proceed with the order.
- Scope of Services Our custom build services cover drones, RC helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, VTOLs, boats, and other Surface products and more as per customers needs. We aim to provide high-quality, professionally assembled products tailored to Customers specifications and requirements.
- Sourcing Options
- Option 1: Full Sourcing by Us
- For a fee of $99, we will source the best equipment and hardware from suppliers based on our extensive experience in the RC industry. This service saves you time and ensures high-quality components.
- All component costs, shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and related expenses must be borne by the customer.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for sourced parts. Any disputes with suppliers, including wrong items, damaged goods, or non-delivery, will be handled through mutual negotiation with the supplier. However, outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Any expenses incurred for returns, replacements, or negotiations must be covered by the customer unless the supplier agrees to bear all costs.
- Option 2: Customer-Sourced Parts
- We provide a detailed parts list for a consultancy fee. Customers are responsible for purchasing and shipping the components to us.
- Once all components are received, we will begin the custom build process and charge only for assembly, testing, and other agreed-upon services.
- Any issues with shipping, incorrect parts, or supplier disputes are the customer’s responsibility. We will assist with re-packing and holding items for customer-arranged pickup if needed.
- Option 1: Full Sourcing by Us
- Custom Build Process
- We will build the order with care and professionalism, keeping you updated with pictures and videos during the process.
- After completion, the product will be securely packed and shipped. All shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- No Returns, Refunds, or Replacements We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- Customer dissatisfaction with the final product.
- Customer inability to use or assemble the product due to lack of skills or knowledge.
- Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or accidents.
- Loss or damage during shipping.
- Component defects. We will assist in negotiating with suppliers for replacements, but all associated costs must be covered by the customer.
- Qualification for Refunds – Special Conditions:
- A refund of the order cost, minus any payment transfer fees, bank charges, taxes, or other surcharges already incurred, will only be offered if the customer decides to cancel or modify the order before we have ordered and paid the suppliers for the required components.
- Once we have ordered and paid the suppliers for the components, no refunds will be provided. For any returns or replacements, the terms outlined in this document will apply. Service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If the customer wishes to cancel the order after components have been ordered and paid for, or after the items have been received and the build has commenced, no refunds of any kind will be issued. In such cases, all components and any partially completed build will be shipped to the customer, who must bear all shipping costs. Service charges will remain non-refundable.
- Changes to Custom Build Requirements:
- If the customer requests changes to the custom build due to revised requirements, either before or after components have been ordered and paid for, new costs and terms will be negotiated.
- An updated invoice reflecting the changes will be generated, and the changes will proceed upon the customer’s agreement and payment of the new invoice.
- All such changes must be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The rest of the terms and conditions outlined in this document will continue to apply to the modified order.
- Shipping Policies
- We advise customers to purchase shipping insurance and declare the product’s actual or higher value to protect against shipping losses or damages.
- All shipping delays, damages, or losses must be handled by the customer with the shipper. We will assist in communications but do not guarantee resolution.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must inspect the product upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.
- Customers must possess the necessary skills and tools to handle and operate custom-built RC products.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper safety measures are followed during use.
- Support and Training
- Basic support and guidance are available for setup and operation.
- For in-depth assistance, we offer paid professional video call support.
- Flight or maintenance training services are available separately for an additional fee.
- Disclaimer and Liability
- We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or property losses resulting from the use of our custom builds.
- Customers accept that these products require experience and technical skills. Lack of such skills is not grounds for refunds or claims.
- Custom Design and 3D Printed Parts
- Some builds may require us to design custom fuselages, frames, or parts. The costs for such design services and 3D-printed parts will be calculated separately and included in the final invoice.
- Customers must pay for these charges promptly after mutual agreement on the pricing.
- All designs created by us remain our intellectual property and are protected under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives International license.
- We retain the right to sell these designs in our stores unless the customer agrees to pay for exclusive ownership of the design.
- Customers are prohibited from reproducing, selling, or distributing these designs or products without explicit permission.
- General Conditions

- Acknowledgment of Risk Customers acknowledge that operating RC models carries inherent risks, including potential damage or injury. By commissioning a custom build, customers accept these risks and agree to take all necessary precautions.
- Warranty Disclaimer for Parts We do not guarantee the longevity or performance of individual parts, whether sourced by us or provided by the customer. Any warranties must be pursued directly with the manufacturer or supplier.
- Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

3D Printing and 3D Design Services
1. Design and Revisions
- Once the 3D models are printed and spray-painted, no changes to the design or color will be possible.
- Any request for design modifications or color changes after printing will require a complete reprint, charged at our standard rates for design adjustments, reprints, and any additional services.
- Revision means, client can ask to change one aspect of a model. Each revision is to change or modify one aspect of the model like shape, size, color etc. We offer one Revision with our design services for free. After that each revision will be charged as per standard hourly fee.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
- All payments made are non-refundable once the 3D printing process has begun.
- Design fees are non-refundable and are charged for the creation of the digital model.
- Upon completion of the design, we provide photos and videos of the design within the software for reference.
3. File Ownership and Delivery
- If you choose to use another 3D printing service after the design is complete, we can supply CAD files and raw files. This requires a non-refundable fee of 1,500 AED – 10000 AED. The fee depends on the complexity of the project and files. Please check with us to get the exact price of your CAD Model file.
- Ownership of the final printed model remains with the client after full payment. The design files provided are for personal use only and cannot be resold or distributed without permission.
4. Shipping
- The client is responsible for covering the shipping costs of the final printed models.
- We can help in finding affordable and reliable shipping services upon request.
5. Branding and Logos
- All of our 3D printed designs carry our brand and logo in a discreet, non-visible location.
- If you or your client wish to remove our branding, we can offer a branding-free version for a non-refundable fee of 1,000 AED Per Model.
6. Mutual Resolution
- In the rare event of an issue with the design or printed model, we are committed to working with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the final product.
7. Liability
- We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused during shipping or by third-party couriers.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

Other Services: Our services are non-refundable and non-replaceable once payment has been processed. Once service commencement has been confirmed via email or other means of communication, no refunds or returns will be entertained.
Digital Products: Upon order confirmation, Clients will receive a download link promptly after purchase. In the event of any issues with download links, our dedicated support team will assist until the client successfully downloads the product.
Once the download has been initiated, all the payment are non-refundable and non-returnable. We can entertain refund claims only if product has not been downloaded by the client. and Yes we do get the proof of each and every download for digital products.
Physical Products: For physical products, we strictly adhere to the return, refund, and replacement policies set forth by our suppliers. Customers are advised to review the policies outlined by the respective supplier for each product.
Shipping Damage: While we take every precaution to ensure products are securely packaged, we do not cover shipping damage or loss. In the event of a damaged shipment, customers are advised to contact the shipper directly to resolve the issue. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges may apply for certain products and are not included in the listed price. Upon order confirmation, we will calculate shipping costs and contact the customer for payment. Once payment is received, we will arrange shipment and provide tracking information. For products with shipping costs included, no additional charges will apply.
